We recommend you inspect your shipment for damage before accepting your shipment from the carrier. This shopping cart system only calculates shipping quotes for the lower 48 states. If you are interested in having a product shipped outside of the lower 48 states please call for pricing. Delivery to US and Canada only.

We make every effort to make certain our web store pricing is current. All items on the website are subject to change. If a pricing error is made and found before the product is shipped we reserve the right to decline the order; if this does happen we will make every effort to contact you.
Customers must receive prior authorization from LogHomeMart.com before returning any merchandise. Returned goods must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number. All returned items must be in unopened, new and saleable condition. There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise after *30 days. Returns must be requested within *30 days and must be delivered and received at LogHomeMart.com within *60 days (returns will not be accepted after *60 days).
In an effort to keep your shipping costs low we use several different carriers including but not limited to; UPS, Speedy Delivery, Federal Express, US Postal, Common Carrier and more. All shipping amounts have handeling charges factored into them. There are no other "surprise" shipping charges/surcharges.
We ship most of our e-store orders directly from the manufacturer, or our warehouse, and 90% of our customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days. Sometimes your order will come from more than one location so you may not receive your entire order on the same day. If you need to rush your order please call 1-800-426-1002 and place your order in person and we can discuss some faster (and more expensive) shipping options with you.

Some areas are regulated more than others regarding V.O.C.s, If you are in a regulated area you will need to order a low emissions product and in most cases there is a low emission or reduced emission product available through LogHomeMart.com.
