All online orders are confirmed with an e-mail within hours of receiving your paid order. If you don't receive an e-mail confirmation there may have been a issue with the e-mail getting through so, feel free to check your order status on line. Damaged Shipments

Log Home Mart is not responsible for damages to material that occurs after the carrier picks up the products. We recommend you inspect your shipment for damage before accepting your shipment from the carrier. If damage has occurred during shipment please notify the carrier immediately (within 24 hours) and follow the carrier's instructions. Please feel free to notify LogHomeMart.com as we may be able to help you.

Delivery Area

This shopping cart system only calculates shipping quotes for the lower 48 states. If you are interested in having a product shipped outside of the lower 48 states please call for pricing. Delivery to US and Canada only.

Misinformation

You may notice we offer information via links for many of the products. Changes to products either in design, description, or availability are beyond our control. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment Options

  1. Credit Card
    • LogHomeMart.com meets the highest security standards to protect your private information.
    • We do not store your credit card information.
    • You can pay directly with Visa or MasterCard.
    • For American Express or Discover, please use the PayPal Payment Method.
  2. PayPal
    • PayPal transactions are limited to $10,000 maximum total per order.
    • All major credit cards are accepted with the PayPal option.
    • You can pay using PayPal without having to have a PayPal account.
    • PayPal is highly respected for protecting customer's private information.
  3. By Phone
    • You can call us and verbally give us your credit card information over the phone.
    • We recommend you use a land line if you decide to verbally give us your credit card information.
    • Simply call: 1-800-426-1002 with your order number or start an order over the phone.
  4. Check/Money Order
    • Personal checks need 10 days to clear before shipment.
    • Large dollar amount orders can be paid via wire transfer. Call us for details and to arrange the transfer.
    • You can pay in person with Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Cashier's Check at our store during business hours (8-5 Mon-Fri and 9-3 Saturdays).

You may place your orders through the website or call in your orders.

Product Warranties

All warranties are granted through the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty questions and issues are handled directly with the manufacturer. LogHomeMart.com does not offer a warranty, implied or otherwise.

Pricing Errors

We make every effort to make certain our web store pricing is current. All items on the website are subject to change. If a pricing error is made and found before the product is shipped we reserve the right to decline the order; if this does happen we will make every effort to contact you.

Returns

Customers must receive prior authorization from LogHomeMart.com before returning any merchandise. Returned goods must be accompanied by a return merchandise authorization number. All returned items must be in unopened, new and saleable condition. There is a 15% restocking charge on returned merchandise after *30 days. Returns must be requested within *30 days and must be delivered and received at LogHomeMart.com within *60 days (returns will not be accepted after *60 days).

  1. Logs & wood items are non-returnable
  2. If LogHomeMart.com made an error on your order, put the wrong item in the box, etc. LogHomeMart.com will reship those items at their shipping expense. LogHomeMart.com will decide if or how they want the products shipped back.
  3. If the customer ordered too much or just simply wishes to return item(s) the cost of shipping the items back to LogHomeMart.com will be the customer's expense.
* When counting or determining the number of days the day the item shipped is day #1.

Shipping

In an effort to keep your shipping costs low we use several different carriers including but not limited to; UPS, Speedy Delivery, Federal Express, US Postal, Common Carrier and more. All shipping amounts have handeling charges factored into them. There are no other "surprise" shipping charges/surcharges.

We ship most of our e-store orders directly from the manufacturer, or our warehouse, and 90% of our customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days. Sometimes your order will come from more than one location so you may not receive your entire order on the same day. If you need to rush your order please call 1-800-426-1002 and place your order in person and we can discuss some faster (and more expensive) shipping options with you.

Shipping Errors

If we made an error let us know we will do our best to get things rectified immediately.

Volatile Organic Compounds (V.O.C.s,)

Some areas are regulated more than others regarding V.O.C.s, If you are in a regulated area you will need to order a low emissions product and in most cases there is a low emission or reduced emission product available through LogHomeMart.com.
